Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
A name or date of birth typed into a search tool on this site passes directly to the third-party provider running that tool. The provider processes the input and returns whatever it returns. Those search terms are not stored or logged on our side.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email sent to us is retained so that a reply can be written. Messages stay inside our team and are not passed to anyone outside it, unless a legal obligation requires disclosure.
Data We Gather Automatically
Our servers record a handful of technical details each time a page loads:
- Timestamps for each page view
- The IP address assigned to the device
- The referring site, where one exists
- Browser name and version
- Which pages were viewed and for how long
- Device type and operating system
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are used on this site. They are small files kept on your device that let us see which pages draw traffic and where visitors stop reading. Analytics services aggregate that traffic for us. Blocking cookies is a browser setting available to you at any time, and some parts of the site may behave differently afterward.
What We Do With This Data
- Diagnosing and repairing technical problems
- Passing search requests to the right partner service
- Understanding which pages help readers and which need rewriting
- Keeping the site online, stable, and quick to load
- Displaying advertising that may match your interests
No Warrant Data on File
No database of warrants or personal warrant information is hosted, compiled, maintained, or sold here. These pages publish general guidance about where Coahoma County warrant records are held in Mississippi and how to reach them through the Circuit Clerk, the Justice Court clerk, County and Chancery Courts, the municipal courts, and the sheriff's office. This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and nothing collected from visitors is assembled into a report about any third party.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies power the search boxes on this site. Anything entered into them is handled under that partner's privacy policy rather than this one. Their retention and sharing practices are their own, and we have no control over them. Read the partner's policy before submitting anything.
Links to Other Websites
Links throughout these pages lead to Mississippi court and county pages, municipal directories, state agency portals, federal court resources, legal aid material, and third-party search tools. Following one takes you off this site, at which point the destination's privacy policy governs the visit. Read it before sharing personal details.
Some advertising partners may track browsing activity across sites in order to serve targeted ads. That tracking happens on their systems, not on ours.
Who Might See Your Data
Personal data is not sold. Some information may be shared with:
- Analytics services measuring traffic and performance
- Search partners processing queries run on this site
- Law enforcement or government bodies acting under a valid legal order
- Advertising networks placing ads on these pages
How We Protect Your Data
Standard security practices are applied to the data collected here. No internet-connected system is completely safe, however, and while reasonable steps are taken to protect your information, a breach cannot be ruled out entirely.
Users Under 18
These pages are written for adults. Personal information is not knowingly collected from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, contact us and it will be deleted promptly.
Your Data Rights
Records held by Mississippi public bodies are governed by the Mississippi Public Records Act, Miss. Code Ann. Title 25, Chapter 61, which sets the rules for inspecting and copying public records and for the exemptions that apply. Those rules cover the county and municipal offices described on this site rather than this private website. Depending on where you live, privacy and consumer-protection law may give you additional rights over the data collected here. At a minimum, you may:
- Request a copy of what is held about you
- Have inaccurate information corrected
- Ask that your data be erased
- Opt out of certain kinds of processing
Updates to This Policy
This policy may change over time. Any revised version appears on this page with a new effective date, so check back if you want to follow how information is handled here.
